We need work camps like the old CCC or Cook home farm. Many people who have no home is due to not having a job. As the population of non working people increace it tips the boat of tax payers over. Generational non working people develope that life style. It's not good for them, their children or the tax payers. Giving people a home is a band aid or worst a inabling factor. Their self exteem is low so they medicate themself and live in a false reality. Blame falls on our national leadership who have sold America to the industries that ship their jobs over seas and import their junk back to Walmart. Give a man a fish he starves, give him a fishing pole he thrives! Or maybe in Carlton County lives in a fish house.
