The American Legion Riders will hold a dry motorcycle ride to benefit American Legion Post 262.
“We wanted to do something for our club, because they do so much for others,” said Riders Second Director Mary Gittings, pointing out the Legion’s very successful American Legion baseball program, just one of the many program’s supported by the American Legion locally.
The ride will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, and finish at approximately 1 p.m. The ride will originate in Cloquet, then proceed to McGregor, Floodwood and Brookston before returning to Veterans Park in Cloquet. There will be music all afternoon with food available for purchase from the B&B Market Lunch Wagon.
