The Carlton County Historical Society announces a Wedding Dress Style Show to be held at its museum in Cloquet on Saturday, July 13, at 1 p.m.
The style show will be made up of historic wedding dresses on loan from Carlton County residents and modeled by Cloquet students. This program is part of the museum's summer exhibit called "Dressed in White,” featuring eight wedding dresses from the museum's collection as well as other white clothing.
Guests at this event will be welcomed by live wedding music, receive a brochure with photos of the dresses modeled and have a wedding dress photo opportunity, followed by a wedding cake and punch reception.
Regular admission is $2 for adults, $1 for children under 12 and no charge for children under 5 and CCHS members. Active duty military personnel and their families will be welcome free of charge at the CCHS museum through Labor Day, Sept. 2. For more information, call 218-879-1938.
