South Half of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 48 North, Range 16, West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, according to the Government Survey thereof.
TO: HENRIETTA MACMILLAN.
Upon receiving and filing the Report of the Examiner of Titles in the above-entitled matter, IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on the 30th day of May, 2013, at 1:15 P.M. in the Carlton County Courthouse, 301 Walnut Avenue, Carlton, Minnesota, and then, or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing with the Registrar of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 9807 and enter a new Certificate of Title for the land therein described in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 3476 Stateview Boulevard, Fort Mill, SC 29715, free from all memorials now appearing on the present Certificate of Title, the last of which is Document No. 34929, and free also from the memorial of this Order, except the Registrar shall carry forward the following recitals:
1. Except Minerals.
2. Subject to such easements and servitudes as are incident to the reservation of the mineral estate by the State of Minnesota created by a State Deed dated January 17, 1947, and registered March 31, 1947, as Document No. 2098.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served:
(a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon the above-named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of Summons in a civil action;
(b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above-named nonresidents by sending a copy of this Order to such nonresidents at his/her post office address, by registered or certified mail, with a return receipt requested;
(c) upon any party who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing by First Class mail to such party at his/her last known address and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days prior to the hearing by First Class mail to his/her address as stated on the Certificate of Title, if an address is so stated.
(d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. 5.25. (Note: return date on the Order to Show Cause must be at least 30 days after the date of mailing by the Secretary of State).
