NOTICE OF CHANGE OF TIME FOR SCANLON CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS

The April 10th 2013 Scanlon City Council Meeting will be one meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Scanlon Community Center located at 2801 Dewey Avenue.

At the March 13, 2013 Scanlon City Council meeting the following motion was made changing the time and format of all future Scanlon City Council Meetings: M.F. makes a motion to combine the pre agenda and regular City Council meeting to include one Council meeting to discuss and vote on matters at the same meeting starting at 5:30 pm to be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. A.B. seconded the motion. Yeas: A.B. S.B. M.F. J.Pr J.P. all in favor. Nays: None. Motion Carried
