The Nifty Nine AKA Tremendous Ten head to state

The "Tremendous Ten" Cloquet U12 B girls team earned a trip to the state hockey tournament in Roseau, Minn. (this weekend March 15-17) by placing second at Regions for District 11.

With lots of hard work and complete dedication, “The Tremendous Ten” finished in the top two teams in Regions for District 11. The girls played in the consolation championship game against Hibbing and beat them 2-1 in overtime. This short-handed team has earned themselves a trip to the state hockey tournament in Roseau, Minn. March 15-17. The Cloquet U12 B Ladyjacks are Elise Lund, Morgan Carlson, Ally Martin, Keagen Anderson, Josie Steen, Lexi Cooke, Kelly Lorenz, Kenzie Weber, Leticia Hahcey, Erica Eller. They are coached by Steve Martin, Richard Bartholdi and Dave Anderson.
