CITY OF CLOQUET ORDINANCE NO. 420A

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO HOME OCCUPATIONS

The City Council of the City of Cloquet does hereby ordain as follows:

Section 1.

Section 17.5.08 Subd. 4 Home Occupation Permit be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Section 17.5.08 Subd. 4 Enforcement. While the City does not issue a permit for a Home Occupation, activities that exceed the criteria above will be reviewed by staff. In the event a home occupation becomes non-compliant with the standards and criteria established above, the City shall have the authority to cause the non-conforming feature to desist or be removed.

Section 2.

Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication in accordance with law.
