The Owner will receive sealed bids on General Construction Work, for the project described in general as follows:
Reconstruction of the parking lot, drainage improvements and accessibility improvements.
The bid shall be a unit price basis. The Owner will receive Bids until 2:00 PM. local time on Friday, April 5, 2013 at the office of Ms. Debra Shaff, Executive Director, HRA of Cloquet, MN, 950 14th Street, Cloquet, MN 55720. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Copies of the Bidding documents may be obtained at Shel-Don Reproduction Centre, 124 E. Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55802, (218) 727-2817, www.sheldonplanroom.com in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders upon depositing the sum of $50 for each set of documents.
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and subcontractor not to discriminate in employment practices in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions.
Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids.
