In the Matter of the Petition of:
The Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Finance Corporation, f/k/a The Minnesota Chippewa Tribal Housing Corporation,
for certain relief in connection with Certificate of Title No. 9023
TO: Mourad Zahi and Dawn L. Zahi, n/k/a Dawn L. Reynolds; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien upon the subject property.
Upon receiving and filing the Report of the Examiner of Titles in the above-entitled matter, IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on the 14th day of March, 2013, at 9:45 a.m. at the Carlton County Courthouse, 301 Walnut Avenue, Carlton, MN 55718, and then, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
1. Directing the Registrar of Titles, Carlton County, Minnesota, to cancel Certificate of Title No. 9023, and to issue in lieu thereof, one (1) new Certificate of Title to the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Finance Corporation the following described real property:
Lot 4, Hurtig's Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, now County Recorder, Carlton County, MN. Subject to: Cloquet City Zoning Ordinances and Amendments thereto.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order to Show Cause be served:
(a) at least 10 days before the hearing upon the above persons residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of Summons in a civil action;
(b) at least 14 days before the hearing upon each of the named nonresidents by sending a copy of the Order to such nonresident's post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt;
(c) upon any party who cannot be found and upon all other persons or parties unknown by two weeks published notice of the Order to Show Cause and by sending a copy of the Order to Show Cause at least 14 days prior to the hearing by first class mail to such person and by sending another copy of the Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the matter be referred to the Examiner of Titles, as Referee, for hearing.
