CITY OF CLOQUET ORDINANCE NO. 419A

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING

CITY FEES AND CHARGES FOR 2013

The City Council of the City of Cloquet does hereby ordain as follows:

Section 1. Fees and Charges. The City's 2013 Fee Schedule be amended to revise the Pawnbroker Transaction Fee to $0.90 per transaction.

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication in accordance with law.

Passed this 5th day of February, 2013.
