NOTICE OF LIEN SALE
The personal property described as follows, to-wit: 2001, Shasta Travel Trailer, VIN: 1TS2B502919104767, will be sold at public auction by the Mille Lacs County Sheriff on the 3rd day of April, 2013, at 10:00 am at Patten Custom RV, 4383 US Highway 169, in the City of Princeton, County of Mille Lacs, State of Minnesota, to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due thereon from Sean Miller, Denise Grove, and PNC Bank, 401 Broad Street, Lake Geneva, WI 53147, (262) 248-9979, as the owner thereof to Patten Custom RV in the sum of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty Eight Dollars and 00/100 ($9,648.00) computed to the last day of said sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof, together with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale; and that the grounds of said lien are as follows, to-wit: Exterior repairs to Travel Trailer and storage fees and attorney’s fees.
