Federal National Mortgage Association,

in Relation to Certificate of

Title No. 9172 issued

for land in the County of Carlton

and State of Minnesota and legally

described as:

Lots 13 and 14 in Chartier's Division according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, in and for Carlton County, Minnesota.

TO ALL PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS REAL ESTATE, PARTICULARLY: Charles M. Anderson and Julie C. Anderson, a/k/a Julie Anderson

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that unless you appear before this Court on the 14th day of March, 2013, at 9:30 A.M. at the Carlton County Courthouse, Carlton, Minnesota, to make a valid objection, the Court will enter the following Order:

That the Registrar of Titles of Carlton County, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, Court File No. 09-CV-12-2707, cancel Certificate of Title No. 9172 and enter a new certificate for the land therein described in favor of Federal National Mortgage Association, free of all the memorials now appearing on said cancelled certificate up to and including Doc. No. 34507 and free of the memorial of this Order, except the Registrar of Titles shall carry forward the recitals now appearing thereon.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days prior to such hearing upon all of the above named parties residing in this state in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a Civil action; (b) at least 14 days prior to such hearing upon any of the above named parties not residing in this state by sending a copy of this Order by registered or certified mail, return receipt, to each of such parties at his post office address; (c) upon any of the above named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and at least 14 days prior to the hearing by sending a copy of this Order by First Class mail to each of such parties at his/her last known address and at his/her address as stated in the certificate of title if his/her address is so stated.
