SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

TRUTH IN TAXATION

DECEMBER 17, 2012

Emerson called the meeting to order 6:30 p.m. Members present Emerson, Gibson, Walton, Bennett, Haapala and Eiffler. Absent: Johnson, and Hagenah.

Eiffler reviewed and explained taxation, procedure, and levy history. Levy summary was described. The 2012 Payable 2013 Levy Limitation and Certification at $1,214,540.69 was discussed.

There being no further questions or comments Walton moved to adjourn at 6:52 with a second from Gibson and a unanimous vote the meeting closed.
