Mathew Syria of Saginaw and Christine Hall of Cloquet graduated from the University of North Dakota during winter commencement on Dec. 14. Syria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from UND’s College of Business and Public Administration. Hall earned a Bachelor of Science degree from UND’s College of Arts and Sciences.
