SPECIAL MEETING

The Esko Board of Education, Independent School District No. 99, Esko, Minnesota, held a special meeting on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the board room.

Members present: Rick Liljegren, Lynn McComber, Julian Bertogliat, Scott Powers, Margaret Sunnarborg, Jeff Salo and Superintendent Fischer. Absent: None.

Chairperson Julian Bertogliat called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Approval of Agenda

Moved by Scott Powers, second by Rick Liljegren to approve the agenda. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

Approval of Working Agreement with COTA for 2011/12 - 2012/13 and 2013/14 - 2014/15

Moved by Jeff Salo, second by Lynn McComber to approve the Working Agreement with the COTA for 2011/12 - 2012/13 and 2013/14 - 2014 contingent upon the change to bereavement leave and the change being initialed by employee. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

Approval of Working Agreement with Comm. Ed. Program Assts. for 2011/12 - 2012/13 and 2013/14 - 2014/15

Moved by Jeff Salo, second by Lynn McComber to approve the Working Agreement with the Comm. Ed. Program Assistants for 2011/12 - 2012/13 and 2013/14 - 2014/15. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

Approval of Snowplow Vender for 2012/2013

Moved by Jeff Salo, second by Scott Powers to approve Ruhnke, Inc. as snowplow vender for 2012/13 per their written proposal as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

Adjournment

There being no further business, moved by Jeff Salo, second by Scott Powers to adjourn at 6:06 p.m. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

The Esko Board of Education, Independent School District No. 99, Esko, Minnesota, held a work session on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 6:10 p.m. in the board room. Discussion was held regarding planning and options with regard to proceeding with the upcoming construction at the north field site.
