Cloquet High School announces Business Student of the Mon

Cloquet Senior High School Business Department has selected Ann Muhvich as “Business Student of the Month.” Students who apply for this award are chosen based on their activities, work experience, business courses, grades earned, a letter of recommendation, and an essay written by the student.

Muhvich, a senior at CHS, has been a very involved student, both in academics and extra-curricular activities. In addition to the numerous business courses that she has taken, Muhvich participates in National Honor Society, Junior and Senior Executive Board, theatre, student council, cheerleading, choir, Madrigals, Young Life, and the Gardening Club. One of her instructors said, “Ann rises to the competition level at CHS and meets the challenge head-on. Her mature approach to academics is a thing that cannot be taught.” She plans to attend a four-year university to major in psychology.

Muhvich is the daughter of Nichole Carter and Frank Muhvich, Jr.

A senior student chosen as “Business Student of the Month” will also be eligible for the Stowell Family Scholarship to be awarded in May.
