Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be opened in the Carlton County Auditor's Office at 3:30 p.m. on December 7. 2012, and be considered by the Carlton County Board of Commissioners on December 11, 2012, for the purchase of the following described County-owned properties:

Bids may be mailed or be delivered to the Auditor/Treasurer's Office in the Carlton County Courthouse, Carlton, Minnesota 55718, up to the time of opening. No bids will be considered for less than the appraised value and the County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Payment for this property must be received within forty-five days of the Carlton County Board of Commissioners' acceptance of the bid or the next highest bidder will be awarded the sale of said parcel at bid offering.
