LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Minnesota Statute 317A.727, that Rural Women’s Advocates, Inc. of Carlton County, if in the process of dissolving as a corporation. The corporation has filed a notice of intent to dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State on November 1, 2012.
Any person or entity with claims against the corporation must send such notice of claim in writing postmarked no later than February 8, 2013, by posting such claim addressed to Nichole J. Carter, Attorney at Law, PO Box 325, Esko, MN 55733.
