SPECIAL MEETING

MONDAY - JULY 30, 2012

The Wrenshall Board of Education's Special meeting was called to order at 6:35 a.m. on Monday, July 30, 2012 by chairperson Powers.

Board members in attendance were Janaki Fisher-Merritt, Deb Bryce, Troy Powers, Matt Laveau and Renae House. Also in attendance were Principal Sue Frank and Board secretary Candy Christensen. Board member Shane Kuhlmey was absent.

Additions or corrections to the agenda - None

MOTION by Fisher-Merritt; seconded by Laveau to approve the agenda. Motion carried.

MOTION by Bryce; seconded by House to approve the resolution to make bank signature changes due to the change in administration. Motion carried.

MOTION by Powers; seconded by Laveau to accept the resolution to formally begin the operating referendum process for November 6, 2012 as presented. Motion carried.

Discussion regarding personnel issue.

MOTION by Fisher-Merritt; seconded by Bryce to adjourn meeting at 6:54 a.m. Motion carried.
