The Lake Superior Conference announces the following athletes were selected All Conference for their respective 2012-2013 sports:

Boys Cross Country

First team – Juniors Dylan Marvel and Jace Anderson, both of Cloquet; Matt Welch and Jacob Welch, both of Proctor; Bryce Miller of Ashland; Chris Carey of Superior; and Ryan Kero of Hermantown.

Second team – Eighth-grader Isaac Boedigheimer and senior Aaron Peterson, both of Cloquet; Robert McClarey and Evan Walpole, both of Superior; Matt Lepisto of Duluth Denfeld; Pentti Hanlon of Duluth Marshall; and Zach Smith of Proctor.

Girls Cross Country

First team – Eighth-grader Anja Maijala of Cloquet; Natalie Stauber of Hermantown; Harley Kinney of Ashland; and Leah Holmes, Natalie Kintop, Rachel Dixon and Malley O’Brien, all of Superior.

Second team – Ann Kleinschmidt and Claire Kleinschmidt, both of Duluth Marshall; Isabella Evavold and Maria Lane, both of Superior; Veronica Witikko and Amanda Robbins, both of Hermantown; and Jessica Kero of Duluth Denfeld.

Boys Soccer

First team – Senior Eric Peterson of Cloquet; Robert Quinlan, Logan Tamke, Brenton McPeak and Thomas Whiting, all of Ashland; Joe Fairbanks and Matthew Klassen of Duluth Marshall; Fredy Benish of Proctor; James Foldeski, Sergei Hanka and Boston Braack, all of Duluth Denfeld.

Second team – Juniors Brandt Straub and Westin Michaud, both of Cloquet; Brian Meyer and Jordan Vittone, both of Ashland; Bryan Wines of Duluth Marshall; Jake Kuno and Wyatt Lindberg, both of Proctor; Zack Braack and Max Tollefson, both of Duluth Denfeld; Grant Sega of Hermantown; and Connor Anderson-Petroske of Superior.

Honorable mention – Thomas Welinski of Duluth Marshall; Steven Bradshaw of Duluth Denfeld; Kori Ochs of Hermantown; and Logan Kittelson of Superior.

Girls Soccer

First team – Senior Emily Rikkola, junior Maija Doran, senior Kristi Konietzko and senior Kenzie Rathe, all of Cloquet; Hailey Hoff, Mackenzie Herzig and Haley Wargin, all of Hermantown; Bre Spehar and Kaylee Rackliffe, both of Duluth Denfeld; Megan Coughlan of Duluth Marshall; and Reilly Fawcett of Proctor.

Second team – Junior Rebecca Hammond of Cloquet; Christina Petsoulis and Courtney Simmons, both of Hermantown; Taylor Olson, Emily Fleissner and Cali Marsaa, all of Duluth Denfeld; Ellie Peters, Maddie Eyer and Meagan Ross, all of Duluth Marshall; and Melissa Erkkila and Brooke Oraskovich, both of Proctor.

Honorable mention – Junior Gracie Sinisalo of Cloquet; Morgan Robinson of Hermantown; and Sylvie Weintraub of Duluth Marshall.
