NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION TO THE SCHOOL BOARD

INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 94

CLOQUET, MINNESOTA

To the Electors of Independent School District No. 94, Cloquet, in the County of Carlton, State of Minnesota:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That a General Election will be held in all the Election Precincts of the above-named School District on Tuesday, the 6th day of November 2012, for the purpose of nominating Candidates for the following offices, which are to be voted for at said General Election, to wit:

Three (3) School Board Members for terms of four (4) years each.

Each four (4) year term will begin on the first Monday of January,

2013, and expire on the first Monday of January, 2017.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 205A.11, the precincts and polling places for this general election are those polling places and precincts or parts of precincts located within the boundaries of the school district and which have been established by the cities or towns located in whole or in part within the school district. The voting hours at those polling places shall be the same as for the state general election.
