Man electrocuted in Wright construction accident
Thursday Oct. 4, at 1:34 p.m. Wright First Responders, Cromwell Ambulance, and the Carlton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call stating that a male had been electrocuted.
Thursday Oct. 4, at 1:34 p.m. Wright First Responders, Cromwell Ambulance, and the Carlton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call stating that a male had been electrocuted.
The fatal construction accident occurred at Center Road and East Mud Lake Rd in Wright.
The male victim involved in the accident has been identified as Richard Roy Washburn, 30, from Hill City. At the time of the accident Washburn was employed with Ulland Brothers.
OSHA has been contacted and was on scene of the accident. OSHA is also investigating the incident.
