NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing regarding All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) - Off Highway Motorcycle (OHM) use on Carlton County Managed Roads will be held on September 24, 2012, at 4:00 PM in the Carlton County Transportation Building.

The route petitioned is further described as: That Portion of Carlton County Road 11 south from the intersection of Carlton County Road 11 and the Soo Line Trail (Nemadji Siding) to the Carlton - Pine County Line; that portion of County Line Road east from the Intersection of Carlton County Road 11 and County Line Road to the point where County Line Road is wholly in Pine County west of Nickerson; that portion of Carlton County Road 146 that lies on the Carlton - Pine County Line; and that portion of Net Lake Road in Clear Creek Township from the intersection of Net Lake Road and Carlton County Road 146 east to the intersection of Net Lake Road and MN DNR Net Lake Forest Road.
