Wrenshall couple involved in car-motorcycle accident

A Wrenshall man and his wife were uninjured after being involved in a car-motorcycle accident today (Monday) around 1 p.m.

According to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office, authorities were called to respond to a car-motorcycle accident at the intersection of Midway Road and North Cloquet Road in Midway Township. Raymond Lee Snyder, 63, of Duluth was the driver of the motorcycle, and Harold Louis Ruhnke, 81, was the driver of the vehicle involved in the incident.

Snyder was transported to an area hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance with unknown injuries. Ruhnke and his wife were checked and released at the scene. No other details are available at this time regarding the accident.
