NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by virtue of the Judgment and Decree entered in the above-entitled action on July 16, 2012, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me and is attached hereto, directing the sale of the premises described herein to satisfy the Judgment found due and owing to The Plaintiff above, the Sheriff of Carlton County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on October 9, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Carlton County Sheriff's Office, 317 Walnut Avenue, in the City of Carlton, State of Minnesota, the following real property described in said Judgment and Decree:

Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 7, Barnum, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, in and for Carlton County, Minnesota.
