To the Editor-Foster family retires after 28 years

To the Editor:

On Tuesday, July 31, Kindred Family Services, a non-for profit foster care agency serving all of Minnesota, was honored to celebrate the retirement of Leon and Nancy Finifrock. Leon and Nancy dedicated the last 28 years of their life to foster care and have opened their home to more than 100 youth. Leon and Nancy used their insight to give each youth the skills and opportunity to reach their full potential. Nancy also served as the president of the agency board. Nancy took her role seriously and used her time advocating, representing and promoting our agency. The Finifrocks have been an asset to Kindred Family Service and the youth they served. They will be greatly missed.
