The Cloquet Educational Foundation wishes to thank the hosts of the annual Cloquet Educational Foundation Golf Tournament on Monday, Aug. 6, at the Cloquet Country Club, featuring 111 golfers. The tournament was a total success and raised more than $8,600. The proceeds will provide important learning opportunities for Cloquet students this school year.
Unlike most charitable golf tournaments where only a portion of the proceeds go to the charity, 100 percent of the proceeds from this event was given to the Cloquet Educational Foundation. The Foundation sincerely thanks everyone who golfed at the tournament and those who donated food for the delicious meal served. An amazing game table was also auctioned off at the event.
