SPECIAL MEETING

FRIDAY - JUNE 29, 2012

The Wrenshall Board of Education's Special meeting was called to order at 7:06 a.m. on Friday, June 29, 2012 by chairperson Powers.

Board members in attendance were Janaki Fisher-Merritt, Shane Kuhlmey, Deb Bryce, Troy Powers and Renae House. Also in attendance were Principal Sue Frank and Board secretary Candy Christensen. Matt Laveau was absent.

Additions or corrections to the Agenda: None

MOTION by Fisher-Merritt; seconded by Bryce to approve the agenda. Motion carried.

MOTION by Kuhlmey; seconded by House to hire Kim Belcastro as FTE 1.0 Interim Superintendent for July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013. Motion carried.

Other: None

MOTION by Bryce; seconded by Kuhlmey to adjourn meeting at 7:12 a.m. Motion carried.
