SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 30, 2012

The Board of Education of Independent School District 93, Carlton, Minnesota, met in special session on Monday, January 30, 2012. Emerson called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. Members present: Walton, Johnson, Hagenah, Gibson, Emerson, and Bennett with Superintendent Haapala, ex officio, and Eiffler, Business Manager.

Motion to approve the meeting agenda was made by Johnson and seconded by Gibson. The motion carried.

Mercury On Line Agreement was discussed. Superintendent Haapala recommended the District not go forward due to financial constraints. Discussed pursuit/promotion of MSC On Line by On Line Committee. No action taken due to lack of motion.

Statutory Operating Debt (SOD) Plan update was presented by Eiffler. Discussion.

Hagenah made the motion to adjourn with support by Bennett that there being no further business the meeting be declared adjourned at 8:16 p.m. Motion passed.
