NOTICE OF ELECTION CITY OF SCANLON
To the Electors of the City of Scanlon in the County of Carlton, State of Minnesota:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That an election will be held in all the Election Precincts of the above named City on Tuesday, the 6th day of November, 2012, for the purpose of nominating candidates for the following offices:
Council Member Two (2) Seats 4 year term
Council Member One (1) Seat 2 year term
(Special Election to fill vacated term ending
December 31, 2014)
Filing of Affidavits of Candidacy for all City Offices shall be at the Offices of the City Clerk located at 2801 Dewey Avenue, Scanlon MN 55720. July 31 2012, until 5:00 p.m., August 14, 2012. Office Hours are Monday 1-4:30 & Tuesday- Thursday 12-4:00 p.m. If you need to come in earlier Clerk is usually there by 7:00 a.m. Monday-Thursday please call ahead as morning hours are subject to change.
