TWIN LAKES TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF CARTWAY HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of Twin Lakes Township will hold a public hearing on August 1, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of hearing, considering, and acting on a petition from Bruce and Cindy Olson to establish a cartway to their property located in Section 21 of the Township. The hearing will be convened on Shiels Road at the site of the proposed cartway to allow the Town Board to inspect the proposed route and any alternative routes, and then the hearing will be continued to the Carlton Fire Hall to receive additional public input and to act on the petition. All interested persons may appear and be heard at the public hearing or may file written comments with the Town Clerk before the hearing.
