SPECIAL MEETING

THURSDAY - MAY 17, 2012

The Wrenshall Board of Education's held a Special Meeting on Thursday, May 17, 2012. It was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Chair Powers.

Board members in attendance were Troy Powers, Renae House, Matt Laveau, Janaki Fisher-Merritt and Deb Bryce. Also in attendance were Superintendent Rick Herman and Board Secretary Candy Christensen along with staff members. Board member Shane Kuhlmey was absent.

Board Members entered into a closed session at 6:03 p.m.

The meeting was re-opened at 9:19 p.m.

Executive Summary on the Wrenshall School District was provided.

MOTION by Laveau; seconded by Powers to immediately dismiss Rick Herman as Superintendent. All in favor. Motion carried.

MOTION by Fisher-Merritt; seconded by Bryce to adjourn meeting at 9:21 p.m. Motion carried.
