CITY OF CLOQUET ORDINANCE NO. 412A

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY FEES AND CHARGES FOR 2012

The City Council of the City of Cloquet does hereby ordain as follows:

Section 1. Fees and Charges. The City's 2012 Fee Schedule be amended to include a Pawnbroker Transaction Fee of $0.60 per transaction.

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication in accordance with law.
