DEED asking flood damaged businesses to fill out survey
Flood-affected businesses/non-profits are encouraged to complete and submit the attached one page survey to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) as soon as possible. This information is needed as the State prepares to seek Federal disaster recovery assistance and for State of Minnesota support and assistance.By: Press release, Pine Journal
If you are an affected business or non-profit organization, or if you can help us contact affected businesses/non-profits that may have been impacted by the recent regional flooding, we need your help. We are encouraging affected businesses/non-profits to complete and submit the attached one page survey to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) as soon as possible. This information is needed as the State prepares to seek Federal disaster recovery assistance and for State of Minnesota support and assistance. Time is of the essence. DEED needs this information submitted within the next 7-10 days. You can complete the survey online using the link in the survey or complete and fax to the contact also highlighted. Please share or respond ASAP. Thanks
The survey will document the extent of business/non-profit organization damages both physical and business interruption losses. This includes lost revenues or the expense of cleanup, replacement inventory or equipment, employee absences, and any other impacts affecting a flood impacted business. This is not detailed in the survey but please be sure to document any of these kinds of impacts in the damages question.
