Many hands make light work

To the Editor:
After a day like today, Monday, June 4 [the day of the annual Cloquet Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing], and having participated once again in what has truly become one of the Cloquet premier golf outings, I feel compelled to pay tribute to so many people who continue to do so much for their fellow man and their community as a whole. The work load is much; however, many hands make the work load lighter and it is so nice to see bankers working with bankers of other lending institutions and insurance agents working with other agents all in the name of an organization bigger than just one’s own company. The real benefactor of this type of networking event, in addition to the Cloquet Chamber, is the client who receives the products and services of this group of caring leaders. A first rate event from start to finish. Even the weather could not dampen the spirits of those who continue to come out and make sure this area’s business community continues to remain prosperous. “To whom much is given much is expected.”
