To the Editor:
On May 10, eighth-graders from Cloquet Middle School were given the opportunity to travel to St. Paul’s Park Square Theatre to view Goodrich and Hackett’s production of “The Diary of Anne Frank.”
On behalf of those 180 middle school eighth-graders and the chaperones who accompanied them, we’d like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Cloquet Education Foundation for helping to fund our trip. This experience would have been a difficult endeavor without the generosity of this fine organization.
In addition, we’d also like to thank LCS Coaches for transporting us safely there and back!
Thank you also to middle school students’ parents for extending monetary help toward our trip. It was truly a memorable experience and certainly made a lasting impression on our students. Cloquet can be proud that it has an organization such as the Cloquet Education Foundation and supporting parents! There is an obvious belief in expanding our students’ awareness and education in this community!
Again, many thanks!
