Frandsen Bank and Trust President Michael Gay announces Ross Peterson has been named to the position of vice president and commercial lender. He had previously held senior lending positions with Woodlands National Bank and Members Cooperative Credit Union in Cloquet.
In his new position, Peterson plans to focus his efforts in the continued development and expansion of the small business commercial lending areas in the northland region including Carlton and St. Louis counties.
Peterson is a graduate of Lake Superior College in Duluth and has maintained an extensive ongoing education through the Small Business Administration, Farm Services Agency Guaranteed Lending Program, and the American Institute of Banking.
He is active in the Cloquet Economic Development Authority, Duluth Skyline Rotary Club and Scholarship Committee, United Way, and St. Mathews Lutheran Church of Esko.
