TOWN OF THOMSON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Thomson Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Thomson Town Hall, 25 E. Harney Road, Esko on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following variance request:

Variance # 12-02, Jeffrey Lindemood, 73 W. Stark Road, Esko, MN: To divide a parcel of land where each resulting parcel will have less than the minimum lot width. This property is described as S ½ of the SE ¼ of SW ¼, except the E 780 feet of the S 558 feet, of Twp 49N, Range 16W, Sect. 4, Thomson Township.
