I was asked for my recipe for the Egg Bake I brought, so here it is: Sausage Scramble: 1 ½ lb. sausage, ham or bacon (I used sausage), 18 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 ½ tsp. salt, 3 c. or 1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, and 3 c. of garlic and onion bread croutons. Heat oven to 325 degrees and place browned sausage in greased 9x13 pan. Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Stir in cheese. Pour mixture over meat. Sprinkle croutons on top and bake for 45 minutes to one hour. Let stand five minutes. Best for large company breakfast and can be mixed 12 hours ahead of time and refrigerated until put in oven. Do not cover.
