Norma Constance Bloom, 70, of Cloquet, Minn., passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Sunnyside Health Care Center in Cloquet.
Norma Constance Bloom, 70, of Cloquet, Minn., passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Sunnyside Health Care Center in Cloquet. She was born Oct. 30, 1941, in Kiester, Minn., to Gordon and Thelma (Oddegard) Oakland. Norma was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Cloquet.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gene Oakland.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; three daughters, Paula (Gene) Wright, Pamela (Anthony) Abbott and Patricia (Terry) Johnson; one brother, Lyle (Patricia) Oakland; one sister, Linda (Tom) Moorhead; eight grandchildren, Nicki Wright-Taylor, Eugene Wright III, Brianna Krystine Abbott, Anthony Joseph Abbott III, Richard Bloom Abbott, Lynsey Jacklyn Johnson, Gracie Jo Johnson and Tucker Ames Johnson; and three great-grandchildren, Graycen Wright, Zach Wright and Lucianna Taylor.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 26, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Cloquet, followed by a luncheon in the fellowship hall. Interment service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, at East Lutheran Cemetery in Delevan, Minn.
