NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Thomson Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Thomson Town Hall, 25 E. Harney Road, Esko on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following variance request:

Variance # 12-01, Troy Johnson, P O Box 27, McGregor, MN on behalf of Tom and Linda Gunderson, 190 Wagon Road, Esko, MN: To construct an addition on an existing house with less than the minimum sideyard setback. This property is described as Lot 9 of Bergstedt's Division, Twp 49N, Range 16W, Sect. 26, Thomson Township.
