Bo Gronseth, Brian LeBlanc and Kori Ochs scored two goals apiece as the No. 1-seeded Hawks used a 71-13 edge in shots on goal to romp to the 5A quarterfinal home win.
Rebels goalie Gage Mohelsky made 60 saves in the onslaught.
Josh Cisar scored Moose Lake’s lone goal, his state-high 63rd of the season, snapping the Hawks’ 258-minute scoreless streak.
Top-ranked Hermantown (26-0) advances to play Proctor at home in Saturday’s semifinal round.
