Thunder athletes to play football at the next level
Four football players from Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College have signed to play football at the next level.
Sophomore defensive tackle Ronald Johnson of Detroit, Mich., has signed a Letter of Intent to play football at Savannah State University (Division I Football Championship Sub-Division). Johnson was a First Team-All MCAC player in 2011.
Sophomore linebacker/safety Jameel Franklin of Jacksonville, Fla., will sign a Letter of Intent to play at Southern Miss (Division I). Franklin was a First Team All-MCAC player in 2011.
Sophomore quarterback Michael Davis of Norfolk, Va., has transferred and will play football at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. Davis was a Second Team All-MCAC player in 2011.
Sophomore wide receiver Adrian Thompkins of Miami, Fla., has transferred and will play football at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth.
