YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that this action is brought for the purpose foreclosing a mortgage dated May 4, 2007, executed by Ryan D. Paulson, an unmarried person, as Mortgagor, to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Mortgagee, and filed for record May 7, 2007, as Document No. A000409481, in the office of the County Recorder of Carlton County, Minnesota; covering the following described property, lying and being in the County of Carlton:

That part of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ (also known as Government Lot 4), Section 1, Township 49, North of Range 17, West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Carlton County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest 1/4; thence Westerly, along the North line of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, a distance of 780.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence Southerly, parallel with the East line of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, a distance of 840.00 feet; thence Easterly, parallel with the North line of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, a distance of 125.02 feet, more or less, to the East line of the West 660.00 feet of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, thence Southerly, along last said East line, a distance of 345.47 feet, more or less, to the North line of the South 345.00 feet of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼; thence Westerly, along last said North line, a distance of 661.03 feet, more or less, to the West line of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼; thence Northerly, along said West line, a distance of 1,188.26 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼; thence easterly, along said North line of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, a distance of 538.60 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

EXCEPT the following tract of land: That part of Government Lot 4 of Section 1, Township 49, Range 17, shown as Parcel 228 on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat Numbered 09-9 as the same is on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Carlton County, Minnesota; TOGETHER WITH other rights as set forth below, forming and being part of said Parcel 228.

TOGETHER WITH an easement for utility, ingress and egress purposes over, under and across the North 66.00 feet of the South 345.00 feet of the West 660.00 feet of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼.
