Judy's Korean Venison Steak recipe

This recipe from Duluth's Judy Shelton makes absolutely THE BEST venison steaks.

To make the marinade:

3 Tbs. sesame seeds

3 Tbs. salad oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup finely chopped onion (or half a packet of onion soup mix)

1 clove garlic

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp brown sugar

Marinate meat in this mixture for ONE HOUR ONLY. Then grill (NOT bake or fry) until medium (mostly brown with a hint of pink). Enjoy hot off the grill.
