NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Dec. 9, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at Rock Creek Storage, 95 Thomson Rd, Esko, Carlton County, Minnesota, 55733, Rock Creek Storage will sell at Public Sale the following described Property, to-wit:
All items stored within the unit E-14
Said sale shall be held for the purpose of foreclosing a possessory lien claimed by Rock Creek Storage pursuant to Section 514.970 Minnesota Statutes for the account of Evan Paulson, that said lien arises out of the storage and safekeeping of said property.
