PRESS RELEASE - Cloquet man victim of single vehicle accident
On August 14, 2011 at approximately 1:30 a.m., Carlton County 9-1-1 received a call from a passing motorist reporting a single vehicle accident and what appeared to be a deceased male on East North Cloquet Road near Mitzner Road in Thomson Township.

On August 14, 2011 at approximately 1:30 a.m., Carlton County 9-1-1 received a call from a passing motorist reporting a single vehicle accident and what appeared to be a deceased male on East North Cloquet Road near Mitzner Road in Thomson Township.
The Carlton County Sheriffs Office, Minnesota State Patrol, Esko Fire and Cloquet Ambulance responded to the call and assisted at the scene. The victim, a 22 year old male from Cloquet, was the lone occupant of the vehicle. The accident is currently under investigation.
The name of the deceased will be released at a later time pending the notification of next of kin.
