Duluth-area players to compete in NAHL Showcase

HOCKEY: Several of the Northland’s top hockey players will compete this week at the North American Hockey League Showcase at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minn.

Several of the Northland’s top hockey players will compete this week at the North American Hockey League Showcase at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minn.

Paige Skoog and Nate Repensky of Duluth East, Ben Campbell of Duluth Denfeld, Jake Bushey of Duluth Marshall, Tyler Cisar of Moose Lake, Wes Judnick of Virginia, Nate Mondry, Travis Underwood, Patrick Moore and Jordan Stejskal of Grand Rapids, Nick DeCenzo of Hibbing, Ian Ecklund of Proctor and Matt Youso of International Falls were among the Minnesota players named to the tournament.

The event runs from today through Sunday.
