Sue Hanson of Cloquet got a photo with Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday evening in Rochester, Minn. Hanson said she and her husband, Don, were having dinner on a restaurant patio when police suddenly blocked off the intersection to make way for Biden’s car. The Hansons stepped up to snap a photo and got close enough to shake Biden’s hand. Biden put his arm around Sue, grabbed her phone and handed it to a secret service agent, who took the picture.
