This sounds like a burger fit for a bear.
Chefs at Black Bear Casino plan to grill up a record-setting burger during the Big Burger Bash from 2-6 p.m. Sept. 2 outside the Otter Creek Event Center’s east entrance at the casino in Carlton.
The goal: A 1,200-pound bacon cheeseburger made on a large outdoor grill and served on a custom-made bun from the Twig Bakery. Spectators — which will include an official from Guinness World Records — will be able to sample the burger.
